(AP) -- Burial plot brokers are reporting an unprecedented uptick in the business of reselling grave sites, as money troubles prompt a growing number of people to put their burial plots up for sale, often at a loss.

Leasing Notes are updated twice weekly and are now available in a fully searchable database format at www.sddt.com/databases/leasingnotes/.

Lucas & Mercier Development announces six homes remain available, including fully furnished and landscaped models, at its 228-home Serramar La Mesa.

NEW YORK CITY -- New York City filled 20,805 potholes in the past five weeks as part of a campaign to make repairs, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday, as winter weather causes temperatures to drop and damages roadways.

Five residential units near the ocean at 135 Acacia Ave. in Carlsbad 92008, have been sold for $1.3 million.

Three residential units at 7713-7717 University Ave., La Mesa 91941, have been sold for $510,000.

Three residential units in City Heights at 4071 Wilson Ave., San Diego 92104, have been sold for $324,500.
