Bose leases space on Sarnen

Industrial: Bose Corporation has leased 38,870 square feet of industrial space at 2660 Sarnen St., Suite 100, San Diego 92154, from Weingarten Realty. The property was leased for 36 months at $640,020.

The lessee was represented by Micheal Mossmer, of Voit Real Estate Services. The lessor was represented by Shane Harmon, of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG).


Retail: Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken has leased 1,669 square feet of retail space at Formaca Center, 2850 National Ave., San Diego 92113, from National LLC.

The property was leased for five years at $278,305.

The lessee was represented by Russell Walker, of Keller Williams Realty. The lessor was represented by Joel Wilson, of CB Richard Ellis.


Retail: Thorton Auto Group has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at Pacific Beach Gateway, 2710 Garnet Ave., Suite 201, San Diego 92109, from Garnet Partners, LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $236,940, will be used for a smog test and automotive sales.

The lessee was represented by Jill Morton, of CB Richard Ellis. The lessor was represented by Marc Frederick, of Colliers International.


Retail: Nutrition Zone has leased 1,592 square feet of retail space at 7061 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite 209, San Diego 92111, from McGrath Development.

The property, leased for 60 months at $187,638, will be used for retail sports nutrition.

The lessee was represented by Cory McHenry, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Mark Caston, of Voit Real Estate.


Office: Variable Image Printing has leased 8,400 square feet of office space at Centerpointe Commerce Park, 9020 Kenamar Drive, San Diego 92121, from H.G. Fenton.

The property, leased for 25 months at $156,660, will be used for office and production space.

The lessee was represented by Wayne Downs, of Foster & Company. The lessor was represented by Dean Asaro, of CB Richard Ellis.


Retail: Jamshid A. Kashani Inc. has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Sweetwater Crossings, 1536 Sweetwater Road, Suite E, National City 91950, from Sweetwater Associates LP.

The property, leased for 60 months at $145,258, will be used for a dental office.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by David Bradley, John Jennings and Rob Ippolito, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Gracie A. Parga and Ruben Parga, dba The Book Nook, have leased 900 square feet of retail space at Sweetwater Crossings, 1722 Sweetwater Road, Suite C, National City 91950, from Sweetwater Associates LP. The property, leased for 48 months at $92,625, will be used for a used bookstore.

The lessees represented themselves.

The lessor was represented by John Jennings, Rob Ippolito and David Bradley, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Joe Grant has leased 1,109 square feet of office space at 3205 Production Ave., Suite D, Oceanside 92058, from CBRE-Josepho Properties D8-66-109-sd. The property was leased for 60 months at $54,792.

The lessee was represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International. McFadyen represented the lessor.


Industrial: Blue Shift, LLC has leased 1,728 square feet of industrial space at Thibodo Ranch Business Center, 2336 La Mirada Drive, Suite 600, Vista 92081, from Thibodo Management Co., Inc. The property was leased for 12 months at $12,240.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Greg Peiratt and Larry Strickland, of Lee and Associates.


Industrial: Science Applications International Corporation has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 102 Copperwood Way, Suite D, Oceanside 92054, from Copperwood Partners LP. The property, leased for 12 months at $9,360, will be used for office and storage.

The lessee was represented by Randall Wood, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). The lessor was represented by Josh McFadyen and Michael Mahoney, of Colliers International.
