Retail: CorePower Yoga LLC has leased 3,885 square feet of retail space at Mission Valley Square, 980 Camino de la Reina, San Diego 92108, from Mission Valley Square LP. The property was leased for 12 years at $939,328.

The lessee was represented by Daniel Kraft, of National Site Selection Service Inc. The lessor was represented by Lauren Matricardi and Brad Jones, of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG).


Retail: CitiFinancial Services Inc. has leased 1,750 square feet of retail space at 1722 Sweetwater Road, Suite F, National City 91950, from Sweetwater Associates LP. The property, leased for 60 months at $215,775, renewal, will be used for a financial services company.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by John Jennings, Rob Ippolito and David Bradley, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Warehouse: Chase Product Development Inc., dba ChaseCam, has leased 5,106 square feet of warehouse space at 9770 Carroll Centre Road, Suite D, San Diego 92126, from Harsch Investment Properties. The property, leased for three years at $162,372, will be used for a developer, builder and seller of solid-state digital recording (data and video) systems, cameras, mounts and accessories for motorcycling of all forms.

Dean Asaro, Sam Higgins and Andy Irwin, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the lessee and lessor.


Warehouse: Tecnova Advanced Systems Inc. has leased 4,500 square feet of warehouse space at 9770 Carroll Centre Road, San Diego 92126, from Harsch Investment Properties. The property was leased for three years at $143,100.

Dean Asaro, Sam Higgins and Andy Irwin, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the lessee and lessor.


Office: David Owens and Brett Wright have leased 794 square feet of office space at CenterPoint Mission Valley, 3110 Camino del Rio South, Suite 204, San Diego 92108, from City Group. The property was leased for 39 months at $35,968.

The lessee was represented by Joe Bernstein, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). Derek Applbaum and Eric Vann, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.


Office: M2M Construction LLC has leased 3,064 square feet of office space at Sunroad Corporate Center, 4445 Eastgate Mall, Suite 410, San Diego 92121, from Sunroad Corporate Centre. The property was leased for 24 years at $12,688.

The lessee represented itself. Eric Vann and Brunson Howard, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.
