Median prices for homes sold in San Diego County in February remained stable for the ninth month in a row, according to the lastest report from the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).
Brookfield Homes has released phase 6B for sale at Trellis at Windingwalk in Chula Vista. The San Diego homebuilder also reported three homes sold in the single-family home neighborhood a week ago, according to Lora Heramb, vice president of sales and marketing for Brookfield (NYSE: BHS).
